Whitney Houston Estate delusa dallo scherzo dei Golden Globes

L’ospite dei Golden Globes di quest’anno, Jerrod Carmichael , ha raccolto dei sussulti quando ha menzionato la morte di Whitney Houston durante lo spettacolo – qualcosa di cui la tenuta è rimasta ugualmente scioccata.

Pat Houston – manager e cognata di lunga data di Whitney – racconta a TMZ attraverso un rappresentante … “La proprietà di Whitney Houston è delusa dallo scherzo e ha ritenuto che fosse di cattivo gusto”. Pat è l’unica esecutore testamentaria dell’eredità, a proposito… quindi controlla tutte le cose relative a Whitney.

Per quanto riguarda il fatto che lo scherzo di Carmichael sia stato avvisato di chiunque fosse collegato a Whitney prima della trasmissione di martedì, fonti con conoscenza diretta ci dicono che a nessuno è stato dato un avvertimento.

Non è chiaro se qualcuno alla NBC sapesse che JC avrebbe menzionato Whitney durante il suo concerto di hosting – al momento, la sua osservazione sembrava a braccio … e potrebbe benissimo esserlo.

In case you missed it … after the Globes came back from commercial break at one point, Carmichael said he had been asked to shout out the venue, after which he quipped … “So, we are here, live, from the hotel that killed Whitney Houston, the Beverly Hilton.”

Of course, he’s referring to the fact Whitney overdosed in one of the hotel rooms back in 2012. Some folks laughed, but a lot more seemed taken aback and others even groaned.
